Because of America's Opioid epidemic, and a rise in deaths related to overdoses, Biden helped make Narcan available OTC, and if you look it up online there are so many advertisements and PSAs about how to help others and save a life with it, it's looking like the new CPR.

Unfortunately according to the report I heard over the radio, there's still a lot of stigma with many pharmacies keeping the medication behind the counter, and with the cost still prohibitive, sometimes twice the box price, and even at the box price $44.99 being quite expensive to keep handy for just anyone.  As a CRT responder, for instance, I know we won't be called upon to carry those around along with our bottles of water and tissues for our people in crisis.
