Program Information

Background

The City of Los Angeles has created a new rental assistance program funded through the United to House Los Angeles (ULA) measure to assist low-income residential renters who are at risk of homelessness due to unpaid rent as a result of COVID-19 or other financial hardship. To be eligible, a household must be obligated to pay rent on a residential dwelling and meet the requirements.
